TRAINING EXCERISE ON ROLLING HILLS

*Start Fort Steilacoom Park, cross from soccer field
*Turn left on Angle Lane, at old cemetery
*Turn right on Hipkins Rd, stop at the "T" at 104th St
*Turn right on Idlewild Dr, stop at the "T" at 112th St
*Veer left at Higgins-Meyers Road, becomes as Lake City Blvd, slightly elvated
*Turn right on Washington Blvd, reach at the split
*Veer right Old Military Road, uphill
*Turn right on Holden Road
*Turn right 112th St, rolling hills.  One downhill and 3 uphills
*Turn left on Butte Dr.  Downhill.
*Veer right on 104th St.  Downhill.
*Turn left on Hipkins
*Turn left on Angle Lane
*Turn right and return to the Soccer field
