Waiver Agreement

All participants must complete this waiver form before joining any Tacoma Washington Bicycle Club (TWBC) ride or event. This agreement helps ensure that everyone understands the responsibilities and risks involved in group cycling.

By submitting the form, you acknowledge the terms of our Release and Waiver of Liability, which protects both you and the club. If you’re registering a minor, please complete the form on their behalf.

• Submitting this form once covers you for the current calendar year.

• Helmets are required on all TWBC rides.
