• 11 — Thursday evening ride: Meet at T.C.C. (19th & Mildred) 7:30 PM — easy! fun!
• 14 — Sunday Longbranch Peninsula Ride: Club president Jim Olson leads. Starts at Key Center at 11:00 AM. Cross Narrows Bridge, follow Hiway 16 (o.k. to ride on) to Purdy, turn left over bridge, follow Hiway 302 to Key Center (about 25 miles from bridge). Ride is 30 miles round trip with moderate hills(!) bring lunch & other essentials.
• 17 — Wednesday Club Meeting: Bring your bike along and talk about riding! That's what Harvey Lister is going to do after he loads it up with what he takes on an overnight trip! Facts! Opinions! Controversy! 7:30 PM at T.C.C. Library or on campus — third Wednesday of every month.
• 18 — Thursday nite ride: Off into the sunset. Same time, place, as above.
• 21 — Sunday Bring-your-kids Ride: Nice & Flat. V.P. Steve Perret leads. 15 mile round trip from Kent to Southcenter & back along banks of Green River — very pastoral. Take Midway-Kent exit off I-5, follow Kent signs downhill to starting area just before Green River Bridge. (Look for Bike Route signs). Starts at 1:00 PM — ice cream — take Old 99 or West Valley Hiway if you ride out (or look at map!)
• 25 — Thursday nite again: Same time same station.
• 28 — Sunday Tacoma to Haven Lake: (near Belfair) 50 miles one way — transportation back if desired. Meet 8:00 AM at T.C.C. Bring water, food, swim suit & essentials (patch kit, etc.). Fee for non-members — Registration Deadline July 19 — call Harvey Lister at 474-2849 or 472-1374 — Anyone for a century run? (round trip!)

August 7 — Wednesday Club Board Meeting: Officers are supposed to come, but everyone is invited to come to the T.C.C. Library on the first Wednesday of each month — not just officers (they need all the help they can get) but those who are interested in the club should be here as policy decisions are made and you get to talk about bicycles too!

Thursday rides will probably continue during August unless minds change.

Still no definite schedule for racing / fast riding activities as no one agrees on time & place so far — Hope to see some Training Races and Time Trials, etc. sooner or later. Call Dave Linden at JU 8-2245.

Bicycle races (ABL of A): Saturday July 13 on Capitol Grounds in Olympia starting around 9:00 AM, and Sunday July 14 in Kirkland about the same time!
