TACOMA WHEELMAN'S CLUB NEWSLETTER

INTRODUCTION: The purpose of this newsletter is to supply a schedule of events of interest to cyclists. From now on this newsletter will be printed on the 20th of each month and cover the events of the following month.

RACING:
The racing season is essentially finished in this area. There are still races in Vancouver B.C. throughout the winter. There is also active interest in racing throughout the winter here in Tacoma. Training rides take place weekly and anyone interested is strongly encouraged to contact this club.MEETING:
Meetings take place at 7:30 PM on the third Wednesday of each month. Meetings will be held in the Tacoma Community College Library. Each meeting will begin with a bicycle clinic on some mechanical aspect of the bicycle. The subject of this clinic will be published in the newsletter preceding the meeting.CLINIC:
This meeting's clinic will address itself to gear changing and the mechanisms involved.DUES:
The Tacoma Wheelman's Club dues are $3.00 per individual or $5.50 per family. There is a $1.00 initiation fee in addition. Anyone wishing to join please send money to above address. (Also your name and address!)MEMBERS:
