It was decided at the September Club meeting to assemble and publish a list of Club members! names, telephone numbers, and addresses to be distributed to all Club members. Therefore, the Application for Membership provided in the December 1982 newsletter will be revised so that any member who may object to having their name, address and telephone number included in such a = can so indicate on the application when they send in their dues for 1983.

A Banquet Committee was established at the September meeting and a

report was given by Committee chairperson, Terry King, at the October necting on the status of the banquet. The banquet will be held at LaMoyne's Restaurant in Cld City Hall on Saturday, January 22, 1983. Cocktails will be served at 6:30 p.m. with dinner at 7 p.m. The price per person will be $10.50 which includes your choice of a steak or salmon dinner, tax, and gratuity. You may make your reservations by sending a check to Tacoma Wheelmen's Club, P, 0. Box 99555, Tacoma, WA 98499, Att'n: Banquet. Also, please include the names of each individual that you are making a reservation for. Reservations must be received no later than January 5, 1983 and are non-refundable.

If anyone would like to nominate a fellow Club member for an award (serious
or funny) to be presented at the banquet please contact either Linda Smith
at 564-3265 or Rocky Hauge at 752-6257.

Any Club member wishing to advertise bicycie-related items in the monthly
newsletter can do so by contacting Lori King at 474-7098. All ad items must
be submitted at least one week before the monthly Club meeting to be
included in the next month's newsletter. Ads will be published on a space-
available basis.
